Work consists of wtp - filter rehabilitation and upgrades. Replacement of pneumatic actuators and valves for filter with new electric motor actuators and new valves. Rebuilding existing filter with replacement of the existing filter underdrain system and filter media and associated mechanical, structural, electrical, instrumentation, and other appurtenant and related work. Expansion of the existing air backwash system. Replacement of existing turbidimeters for filter and provision of a spare turbidimeter for installation elsewhere by the city. Reconstruction of existing improvements affected by the work and incidentals of a complete and usable facility.
