ADOT Central Campus Project (Landscape Water Conservation) (Invitation for Bid)

Description: Seeking for landscape and irrigation improvements. Landscape work includes removals of existing trees which are specifically designated to remove, protection of existing trees which are specifically designated to be protected in place, removal of turf and soil, palms, decomposed granite, miscellaneous vegetation and protection of trees and plants to remain as noted on plans. Also included: removal of existing irrigation systems. Excavation of soil, re-grading of areas occurs in and adjacent to the right of way. It shall be required to import clean fill, complete site grading as detailed, add new trees, new plantings, new irrigation valves and piping, and a new control system. The landscape areas within the project scope shall be topped with decomposed granite. There are also relocation and placement of boulders as indicated. Installation of new irrigation shall include cutting asphalt at driveways, trenching, placing of sleeves, and pipe, backfill and compaction, metal locator tape and patching asphalt and additional items as indicated per MAG standards, details and drawings.
