Administration Building Wind Mitigation Roof, Window & Door Replacement RFP

Description: Work includes removal and replacement of the existing roof with a new florida building code-compliant steel standing-seam metal roof system, including hurricane clips, roof strapping, and gable-end reinforcement (gutters included in the roof scope); removal and replacement of all exterior windows and doors with impact-resistant, code-compliant systems; associated structural reinforcement; and sealing and waterproofing to prevent wind-driven rain intrusion.
