Activated Powder Carbon, As Needed Over 5-Year Period (Re-Bid)
The City is seeking bids for activated powdered carbon supplied on an as-needed basis over a five-year period, together with compatible bulk bags for transport and storage. The carbon must meet technical specifications including less than 8% moisture, an iodine value above 400 mg/g, and a BET surface area above 450 m²/g.
