Description: OHCS is seeking information from inspection firms about a potential on-call contract to expand capacity for physical inspections across its affordable-housing portfolio; the RFI is market research and may precede a future RFP planned for July 2027. The anticipated work covers more than 1,200 properties statewide using the NSPIRE protocol, including units, common areas, exteriors, roofs, and landscaping, with results and supporting documentation submitted to OHCS. Respondents are asked to describe relevant inspection capabilities and experience, compliance with NSPIRE and business qualifications, certifications, and anticipated costs.
