Description: Work includes 1 LS excavate insertion or receiving pits and pre-cctv; 3 EA potholing; 70 LF remove & replace existing 24" CMP with new 20" hdpe sdr17 by open trench; 200 LF rehabilitate existing 24" CMP with new 20" HDPE sdr17 by slipline w/ pressurized grout (revocable); 260 cy void backfill with pressurized grouting (revocable); 1 EA install new storm drain catch basin; 300 SF asphalt cold plane - 2"; 5 ton hma (type a) pg-64-16; 1 LS backyard restoration; 500 SF seal coat parking area; 200 LF remove & replace existing 24" cmp with new 20" hdpe sdr17 by open trench.
