The City of Cambridge seeks a direct-to-employer solution for GLP-1 medication access, affordability, and management. The program would allow approximately 800 current users to obtain medications through manufacturer direct-purchase programs or discounted cash-pay pharmacy channels. Purchases would be funded through a defined City contribution without adding GLP-1 medications to the City's medical or pharmacy benefit.
