Seeking qualified firms to develop a comprehensive safety action plan ( plan ) consistent with the requirements of the u. S. Department of transportation s safe streets and roads for all (ss4a) program. The selected consultant will assist the city in creating a data-driven, community-supported safety plan that establishes a long-term strategy to eliminate traffic fatalities and serious injuries while improving safety, accessibility and mobility for all roadway users.
