Seeking to develop one or more nature-based, natural infrastructure projects to address chronic flooding. Natural infrastructure flood mitigation program (NIFMP) within DMS, incorporating flood storage capacity enhancement projects. The legislation also requires that pilot projects serve as the basis for expanding natural infrastructure flood mitigation projects to additional watersheds and scaling solutions to enhance community resiliency. Portland Library: Provide two (2) new 12.5-ton gas pack units equivalent to the existing unit currently installed at the Portland Library. Requesting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to remove and replace led panel display (digital display sign) that meets or exceeds the performance of the current. Signage and must fit within the existing monument infrastructure and be sealed to withstand michigan weather and all seasons.
RFP is to identify a developer with the qualifications and experience designing and constructing or rehabilitating similar scale projects. For the purposes of this RFP, a developer is an entity or team comprised of several entities with the capacity and experience to execute the Project.
