Description: Work inlcudes construction of the recycling building and biodiesel building, site preparation, grading, excavation, and construction of reinforced concrete foundations and slab, demolition of existing asphalt, erection of a pre-engineered steel buildings, complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems installation, including power, lighting, fire alarm, data/communications, HVAC, plumbing fixtures, hose bibs, and emergency eyewash/drench stations, installation of a perimeter fence with cantilever gate, and final cleaning, site restoration, as-built documentation, operation manuals, and warranty provisions. Work will require new utility connections for water and sewer to an existing sewer manhole and existing water meter.

Work includes install two (2) cantilever gates, each providing a 25-foot clear opening. Gates shall be constructed entirely of schedule 40 steel pipes. All welds shall be continuous and completed in a professional manner. Contractor shall be responsible for locating existing utilities before excavation.
