Construction Manager at Risk Services for the Chelmsford Parker Middle School Project
The Chelmsford Parker School Building Committee is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms to provide public construction-manager-at-risk services for the Parker Middle School project. Committee materials describe this as an RFQ, say Statements of Qualifications were expected during the week of October 26, 2026, and indicate that firms selected to advance would be invited to the RFP phase. The project is a replacement school planned for grades 4–6, and the RFP phase is expected to be issued to qualified firms in early December 2026.
