IASB Advocacy Day 2026

Join fellow Illinois school board members for IASB Advocacy Day, a one-day event designed to elevate their voices at the state level. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with legislators and hear from panels of education leaders and policymakers to discuss key issues impacting public education and their school district’s students. The event aims to ensure lawmakers understand the real-world implications of their decisions on schools and communities. Comprehensive legislative and advocacy training, networking opportunities, and insights into the policymaking process are included to empower school board members with the knowledge and relationships needed to strengthen their role as education leaders.
