About this conference
The Illinois GIS Association (ILGISA) hosts its Annual Conference each year in the fall, with the location rotating between the Chicagoland area and downstate to accommodate statewide members. The conference typically features 200-300 attendees, 20 exhibitors, nearly 50 sessions, and numerous workshops. The 2026 conference is scheduled for October 18-20, 2026, at the Embassy Suites by Hilton East Peoria Riverfront Hotel & Conference Center.
Sponsorship options
ILGISA offers year-round sponsorship opportunities designed to provide companies and organizations with exposure throughout the year. These options include exhibit booths at the Annual Conference, which are automatically included with all sponsor types. Sponsors also have the ability to customize their packages with optional add-ons. Sponsorships include a designated number of ILGISA memberships and are based on the calendar year, with renewal invoices sent in December.
