The building construction consists of rammed aggregate piers, reinforced concrete foundations, steel column and beams with light gauge metal stud and gypsum board walls with brick veneer, non-load bearing cmu interior walls for core traffic areas, steel joist and concrete floor framing, asphalt shingle roofing on light gauge metal trusses, and full MEP building system infrastructure.
