The Commission received an update on the jumbotron project, which is proceeding with a total cost of $450,000, jointly funded by the City and the Prowlers. Discussions regarding upcoming events focused on a new partnership with Moxy Events to manage bookings, aimed at improving revenue through a quality-focused strategy, and the development of a new advertising contract. Regarding financials, the Commission reviewed the current operational deficit, which is attributed to the ticketing company's policy of holding revenue until events occur, and noted that the financial position is expected to improve as the season progresses.
