Zoning Hearing Officer Program Zoning Hearing
The Zoning Hearing Officer reviewed two petitions. The first petition regarding a property variation for an attached accessory building was evaluated, with the officer confirming that the petitioner was authorized to proceed following a review of the trust documents. The second petition involved a variation request to reduce rear and side yard setbacks for a proposed detached accessory building (shed), which was approved for recommendation based on the hardship caused by land taking by the Department of Transportation. Additionally, a series of variation requests were heard concerning monument signage for a rehabilitation hospital, focusing on sign height, count, and copy area requirements for high-visibility purposes.
